When I worked at the zoo and could see the orangutans every day, at least one of them would be up at the glass, playing mirror-mime with a human. Since I worked there a while, they came to remember me, or at least I flattered myself that they did, and would come over to me at the glass. Once one put her big face up against the glass and made smooches at me. It made my day.
